These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User") and 55mbw ("the Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the 55mbw platform at 55mbw.app. By registering an account or accessing any 55mbw service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 55mbw. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened in another person's name are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 55mbw platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms. 55mbw reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate registration.
2.4 Account Information Accuracy. When registering on 55mbw, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55mbw login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. 55mbw shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 55mbw is required to verify the identity of all registered players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by 55mbw's compliance team.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the 55mbw platform is ₱20 (Twenty Philippine Pesos) via GCash. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Deposit Confirmation. Deposits are credited to your 55mbw wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing times.
4.4 Your Own Funds. You agree to deposit only funds that belong to you legitimately and to use only payment methods registered in your own name. 55mbw does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person and reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds.
4.5 No 55mbw Fees on Deposits. 55mbw does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 55mbw bears no responsibility.
5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals from your 55mbw wallet are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit. 55mbw may require withdrawals to be processed via a specific method to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to three (3) business hours. Processing may be delayed during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. 55mbw reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification and bonus wagering requirements before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to pending verification will be held pending completion of required documentation.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all 55mbw accounts. Limits vary by account tier and payment method. Players wishing to request higher withdrawal limits may contact 55mbw support for assessment.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by 55mbw are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus credits awarded to a player's 55mbw account must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and validity period are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined in each promotion. 55mbw reserves the right to determine eligibility, withdraw bonuses, or modify promotion terms at its discretion where abuse, fraud, or technical error is detected.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 55mbw employs anti-fraud systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and use of automated betting tools. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in account termination.
6.5 No Cash Value. Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly. Bonuses may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the 55mbw platform operate under independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games provided via Vivo Live, real physical equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified random processes and cannot be influenced by 55mbw or any player.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7.4 Game-Specific Rules. 10.1 55mbw provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55mbw disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 55mbw shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial losses from gaming outcomes.
10.3 In no event shall 55mbw's total aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55mbw's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 By 55mbw. 55mbw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or technical or security concerns. Affected players will be notified where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
11.2 By the Player. Players may request closure of their 55mbw account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests and applicable wagering requirements will be completed before final closure. Account closure does not entitle the player to receive bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements.
11.3 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who request self-exclusion under 55mbw's Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts restricted for the selected self-exclusion period. Requests for self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
